Our team of experienced and developing nurses collaborates closely to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Our dedicated team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, clinical assistants, unit clerks, and patient care technicians collaborate to provide exceptional care, aligning with Mon Health's standards of excellence. We utilize an acuity tool to optimize patient assignments and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Clinical nurse coordinators provide leadership on every shift, facilitating daily huddles, managing patient flow, and rounding on patients. The nurse manager maintains a strong presence on the unit, actively engaging with staff and patients daily.
