Our Client is currently seeking PCU - Progressive Care Unit for positions in Murfreesboro, Tennessee for a 3x12 Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 12.00-3 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Tennessee license. This is a RN position in the Stepdown Intermediate Care 002. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit.

Unit Capacity: 36 Beds
Population Served: Stepdown/PCU: Continuous Bipap, low-dose vasopressors, trauma patients, lumbar drains, CIWA patients on higher doses of Ativan, hyponatremia, emergency dialysis patients, Hyperkalemia, Antifreeze ingestions, Home vents (trachs), Sheath removal, CEA, Rhabdo, Precedex, Stroke patients with Q2 neuro checks, Stable craniotomies, Fentanyl drips.
Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+)
Nurse to Patient Ratios: 3:1
Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid to include: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team.
