Our Client is currently seeking ICU - Intensive Care Unit for positions in Nashville, Tennessee for a 4x12 Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-4 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Tennessee license. This is a RN position in the Stepdown Intermediate Care. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit. Floating Between Units/Facilities Travelers may be asked to float to different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius of their original assignment. Floating will be based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity. Travelers will always be notified before their scheduled shift if a float assignment is required.
Unit Description: • Unit Capacity: 42 Beds • Population Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+) • Ages of Patients Served: Patients with the following diagnosis: Chest pain, post kidney transplant, acute renal failure, congestive heart failure, GI bleed, pneumonia, myocardial infarction, pulmonary disease with or without mechanical ventilation, thoracic and/or other surgical procedures in patients with comorbidities, drug and/or ETOH withdrawal. • Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:2
