Registered Nurse - Med Surg manager-scheduled block scheduling with schedule posted 6 weeks in advance; includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation; may float to the ER as needed. Hours per PALS, NIHSS and TNCC as applicable. Comfortable and experienced with infusion pumps, medication administration and drip titration. Experience reading telemetry strips and using Meditech for charting. Able to work 12-hour night shifts, weekends and holiday rotations. Team player with strong communication and reliable attendance.

Education
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or diploma in nursing accepted
• BSN preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills
• Med Surg nursing fundamentals and medical-surgical assessments
• Infusion pump management and set rate/drip titration
• Telemetry interpretation and Mindray monitor familiarity
• Meditech electronic charting experience
• Respiratory equipment management including Hamilton C1 ventilator, CPAP, BiPAP and high-flow oxygen
• Strong teamwork, patient communication and adaptability in a critical access hospital
