Registered Nurse - PCU/Oncology self-scheduling with team coordination. (Rotating day/night) Hours per ONS/ONCC and chemotherapy certification preferred. Minimum 2 years RN experience (PCU, MedSurg or Oncology experience strongly preferred). Experience with ventilator care and hemodynamic monitoring (or willingness to train and demonstrate competency). Familiarity with EPIC and Alaris IV pump operation preferred; EPIC within 6 months noted at submission. Professional demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and patient-centered attitude.
Education • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Diploma in Nursing, or BSN • BSN is not required for this role
Knowledge & Skills • Oncology and PCU patient care knowledge, including chemotherapy handling and oncology diagnoses • Competence in titration of drips (e.g., insulin, Cardizem) and common ICU/PCU drips • Ventilator management and respiratory support skills • Hemodynamic monitoring familiarity: CVP, arterial lines, Swan-Ganz, EV-1000 and ICP • Fluency with EPIC electronic medical record workflows • Proficiency with Alaris IV pumps and medication administration safety • Strong critical thinking, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills • Commitment to hourly rounding, patient advocacy, and culturally respectful care
