Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab cyclic self-scheduling (primarily nights noted), schedule includes weekends (minimum every 3rd weekend) and at least 2 holidays per contract.
BSN preferred but not required.
BLS certification required; unit-specific orientation provided.

Knowledge & Skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate multidisciplinary rehab care
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for safe medication administration
• Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems
• Competence caring for patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, amputee, brain injury, and neurological disorders
• Comfort managing adult and geriatric patient populations in an acute rehab environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Experience working with patient care techs/nurse aides and understanding unit staffing ratios
