Labor and Delivery RN adhere to facility protocols and patient-safety standards • Active RN license in California (pending licenses are not accepted) • Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience required — hard stop (no exceptions) • Previous travel nursing experience required; NO first-time travelers • Certifications NCC EFM accepted in place of Intermediate) • Must be able to circulate for C-sections and support surgical cases • Comfort and experience working in high-risk antepartum settings and large hospital environments • Familiarity with Epic charting preferred and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams • Ability to meet RTO requirements at time of submittal
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California Nursing education appropriate to RN licensure required
• Labor & Delivery management and hands-on assistance in deliveries • External Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and fetal heart rate pattern recognition • High-risk antepartum care and management of diagnoses such as pre-eclampsia, multiples, diabetes and IUFD • Surgical circulating for C-section and perioperative obstetric support • Medication administration skills: magnesium sulfate therapy, insulin drips, antihypertensives • Procedural familiarity with cervical cerclage, D&C, and other OB interventions • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills (Epic experience a plus) • Ability to work 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios in high-acuity settings
