Our Client is currently seeking Interventional Radiology for positions in Peoria, Illinois for a 4x9 Days, 08:00:00-17:00:00, 9.00-4 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Illinois license. This is a RN position in the SFMC - Interventional Radiology RN type:IR (Interventional Radiology). You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN Interventional Radiology.

Unit Notes:
• OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift
• Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation

• # suites/labs: 6 labs pre-op and phase 2 recovery.
• #cases per day on average: 20-30
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: GI bleed. Strokes. Biopsy. Central lines. Drains. Vascular.
• Experience or 'Must have' skills: EKG interpretation required by RN. With drip titration experience.
• EMR/Equipment: EPIC; We use Phillips monitors.
• Is there a Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?: Charge RN 0730-1700 they do not take patients, will do cases and cover lunches.
• IR Techs: 1 PCT.
• Shifts & Scheduling: 4 days per week hours between 0630-1800. 9 hour shifts. Not self scheduling.
• Weeknight/Call Requirements: Primary and Secondary call requirement 6-8 shifts in 6 weeks. This will include a weekend.

• Holiday/Call Requirements: Holiday call. Department closed on the holiday.
• What is call response time?: 30 minutes.
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: Surgical scrubs provided.

• Additional Notes: Ratios: 1:1 intraprocedural max of 1:4 in phase 2 recovery. ED, ICU or procedural.
