Registered Nurse - ICU floating to Step-down/SDU as needed.
ACLS certification required.
BLS certification required.
Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience — required.
Travel experience preferred.
Skills checklist for RN specialties completed within the last year is required for submission.

Knowledge & Skills
• Critical care nursing best practices and ICU workflows
• Step-down/SDU patient management and acuity transitions
• Cardiac and neurosurgical patient care experience
• Medical-surgical nursing foundations applicable to critical care
• Patient supervision and team leadership (CNA/LPN oversight)
• ACLS and BLS application in emergent scenarios
• Ability to float between ICU and Step-down units seamlessly
