Required: • Must have 3 years of current ICU experience • Able to float within skill set at managers discretion • NY License in hand • BLS • ACLS • NIH • Nurse must be to read rhythms and must pass a hospital proctored test that requires >80% accuracy in rhythm identification and 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms • Epic-charting exp • Flu Vaccine or exemption • Ratio: 1:2-3
