Our Client is currently seeking Med Surg / Telemetry for positions in Show Low, Arizona for a 3x12 Rotating, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-3 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Arizona license. This is a RN position in the Med Surg/Tele RN (MS2) type:Med Surg (Medical Surgical). You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN Med Surg / Telemetry.

Shift: 12H Nights

Unit Notes:
• 24 beds
• MedSurg with Tele capability on all beds
• Heavy on Tele
• Adults and Peds, but travelers do not take peds - these are assigned to perm staff
• Must be strong in Neuro and Cardiac skills
• 2 years of experience required
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
• PALS preferred
• Shifts: 12 hours
• 36 hour guarantee with 3 cancellations
• EMR: Sunrise Allscripts
• Support staff on unit: Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs
• Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 days; 1:6 nights; 1:4 peds -also based on level of acuity
• Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds
• Float to all MS units and ICU (taking MS overflow patients)
• Hospitalist in house 24/7
• No IV team
• Resp Therapist 24/7
• Pharmacy 24/7
• Scrub color: any color except all black
• Scrubs not provided
