Our Client is currently seeking ICU - Intensive Care Unit for positions in Soldotna, Alaska for a 3x12 Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00, 12.00-3 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Alaska license. This is a RN position in the ICU. You must have a Nursing License and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit.

General job duties. Types of procedures required. Manages individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Meditech, Pyxis Supply Stations (Medication and Clean Supplies)
Required skills and minimum years of experience. Min 3 years recent ICU experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. Must have active AK state RN license. Active BLS, ACLS required.
Shift or schedule requirements. 12 hour shifts
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 6 beds
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 2/1 at times 3/1
Dress Code: Scrubs - not provided
Unit/department specific training and orientation program. Standard 3 days of department orientation. CPH requires RN s complete Medication Testing once on site (to be completed within first two weeks)
