Registered Nurse - ER/MedSurg/Swing Bed rotating schedule with every-other weekend requirement and alternating holidays. Team/block scheduling options available; may float between ER and MedSurg. Active RN license required.

Knowledge & Skills
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills in acute and emergency settings
• Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• IV therapy, IV medication administration and drip titration
• Blood transfusion protocols and safety checks
• Geriatric care best practices including dementia and skin care
• Wound care and rehabilitation support for post-acute patients
• Familiarity with CPAP troubleshooting and working with respiratory therapists
• Effective teamwork and communication in high-acuity rural hospitals
