Knowledge & Skills • Strong assessment skills in acute care settings, including stroke recognition (NIHSS) • Competence in trauma assessment and stabilization (TNCC principles) • Pediatric life support skills (PALS) and adult resuscitation (ACLS/BLS) • Ability to follow specialty competency testing and standardized skills checklists • Clear clinical documentation and effective interdisciplinary communication • Adherence to infection control practices, fit testing, and occupational health requirements
