Registered Nurse - Cardiac/Telemetry must demonstrate proficiency)

• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Must be able to read telemetry (competency testing on day one; inability to pass may result in termination)

Knowledge & Skills
• Telemetry monitoring and cardiac care expertise
• Stepdown and Med-Surg patient management
• Familiarity with Wound Care, Stroke care, Oncology, Respiratory care and Observation
• Experience working with ED/Med-Surg boarders and float duties
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment and documentation skills in Epic EMR
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
