May float as needed at CC facilities on West Side, including Hillcrest, Avon, Medina, and Lutheran
ALL WORK HISTORY, INCLUDING ALL CLEVELAND CLINIC WORK HISTORY, MUST BE INCLUDED IN WORK HISTORY
