Summary of Required Skills: • Must be proficient in Adult Critical Care Work settings, Extubation, Nasal airway placements, suctioning, oral airway placement, oral suctioning, pulmonary hygiene, sputum specimen collection, tracheostomy care. • Must be experienced with administering albuterol, Atrovent, combivent, flovent, inhaled steroids, ispurel, lidocaine, perforomist, pulmicort, racemic epinephrine, spiriva, terbutaline sulfate, tobramycin, xopenex. • Must be experienced in delivering medication through aerosol set up mask, aerosol set up trach, Medihaler, Metered Dos inhaler. • Must have experience with Hand held, T-piece and Trach collar nebulizers. • Must have experience with high flow nasal cannula and trach collar oxygen therapy. • Must have experience with BiPaP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, and weaning from mechanical ventilation. Experience Required: Must have Trauma Level 1 experience
Floating: While Prisma Health prioritizes keeping staff in their home unit, agency staff are required to float to other units or campuses as needed. Floating is limited to areas where staff are qualified and have documented competencies. Charting: 1 yr of EPIC experience required

Floating: Prisma Health s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
Modules: • Modules are completed pre-start and not included in NBO, and completed annually • Modules are recorded in transcripts by Prisma Health, time is not entered into timecards
