Knowledge & Skills • Ventilator management and mechanical ventilation weaning strategies • Airway management including intubation assist, extubation and suctioning (ETT/NT) • High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), CPAP, BiPAP and Bubble CPAP operation • Tracheostomy care and trach collar management • Troubleshooting ventilator alarms and respiratory equipment • Neonatal and pediatric respiratory equipment familiarity and pediatric critical care principles • Ability to work collaboratively with respiratory services and multidisciplinary teams
