Shift: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00. Job Specific Notes: Description for Job Board: Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.
Responsibilities: • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders • Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans • Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families • Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
