Our Client is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologist for positions in Peoria, Illinois for a 5x8 Days, 09:00:00-17:00:00, 8.00-5 shift. The ideal candidate will possess a current Certification in Illinois. This is a Speech Language Pathologist position in the SFMC - Pediatric Rehabilitation type:Speech Pathology. Unit Notes: OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: • Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (- to regular and OT bill rates) • OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift • Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: • Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated • Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels • # of patients treated per day: 6 to 9 • General Certification Requirements: BLS • Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Sensory processing disorder, autism, fine motor delay, developmental delay. • Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Just Outpatient. • What areas are they required to cover?: Outpatient pediatrics. • Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Pediatric experience required. • EMR: Epic. • Do you staff Rehab Aides: COTAs?: No. • Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 8s with start time at 8am. Our patient access team takes care of schedules per the therapist's plan of care. • Weekend Requirements: None. • Holiday Requirements: No. • Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business Casual, scrubs are allowed (colors: black, gray, khaki). • Department specific orientation: Orientation occurs over 1-2 weeks with preceptor available. One day of EPIC training and meeting with therapist to walk through training. Charting System:EPIC Required Certifications:BLS 40 hours per week, Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
