Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: 1Y/1ST TIMER - ED or ICU Exp RN House Supervisor - Req 9697 Will position float between units: yes per unit needs Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes days and/or nights- variable with weekdays Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? no ratios Special requirements: ED or ICU experience. Needs BLS, ACLS. PALS highly desired. Possibly accept candidate without PALS but would not be ideal candidate without this. Are 48 hours approved: No PLEASE NOTE- Must have a vehicle for this assignment! • Please note, it's common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets • AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent • Note for Seaside floating only • If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. • If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. • Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.

If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.
